Weigh in

Today's the day right?
Sadly my long run yesterday got cut short. That will teach me to drink/eat too much before a run. So instead of 12 miles I got 2.5 run/2.5 walk. Ha ha.
Then it was taxes the rest of the day. They are done. I can afford my wetsuit now.

Anyhow, yesterday AM I weighed in at 176. Today 177. The long run would have helped with that extra pound I think. Not that it matters. I'm just glad I'm off of 180 and dropping.

It should have been, but the dude with the official scale is out of town on business. Looks like he should be in on Wednesday. So, we are moving the weigh date.

I think I am coming in at 211, which would only be a 2.5 lb drop, but the scale I use is not very accurate and has a analog read instead of a nice digital. I have slowed down, I have increased the calorie intake with some sports drinks and Jelly Belly sport beans. So I think I am up on the total calorie. We will see Wednesday.

Very good for you though staying under 180. Good Stuff.

I was really confused. I was 217 at the last weigh in. The scale I have been hitting has been reading this or 215 (analog not really good scale). So, I assumed I was 213, at the last weigh in. I was not. So I was taking four pound offs to compensate. It appears my scale is calibrated with the official scale which was a different scale from the last weigh in . You with me.

I stayed the same. I did not rise I did not fall. I am 217. The female of our group has put it out of reach. She was 176 to begin with. She has won the first three months % wise, even though one other guy has lost four more pounds than her. The guy was too big, his % is to low. She has won by a 1/2 lb every month, twice to the guy mentioned. I believe it is game over. I may win the last month, but it appears my muscle fat ratio is starting not to help.
