Grass Roots Racing
Some great looking races, pretty local to me (just over an hour to get there). I am positive Scott Angove has done some of these. What do you think Jim, a little Two Below Duo?
I was actually looking at the April Race. I Need a partner.

I was checking out the facility that the April race is.
Nemacolin Woodlands Adventure Center.
Mini Golf is listed at the adventure center. I'm willing to take that leg of a relay team!
That place looks amazing. $15 per zip on the zip line though. YIKES!
Rooms are not that affordable. You definately won't stay at the resort when your done.
The Mystic Rock golf course is suppose to be amazing there, but so is the price.
You can take a Hummer out for a ride on there Hummer course. I thought it was something like $200 for a half hour, but I could be wrong.
Hardy is the guy who owns it. It also owns 84 Lumber. I believe he just married his second trophy wife, she was in her early 20's which I believe is a half century younger than he is.
I'll check the dates and get back to you. I have to go to Texas in April and Boston ( volunteering, not running) so it may be difficult to do.
Scott Angove has done a bunch of these. He is not doing the DUO. He and Andy Keverline were signed up to do the DUO last year and Andy died a year ago tomorrow. So, really bad associations with the DUO I guess. I'd skip it too if it were best friend.
Chris Johnson and I did the TURFF race in Pittsburgh last fall and that was a blast. But any of these that are overnighters are challenging to leave the family behind ( I was just out west for 5 days to golf and run!)and they really don't have a great interest in sitting around unknown places for hours waiting to catch a glimpse of me only to find out when the event is over I don't feel like doing anything they want to do!!!
I'll look at the roots race schedule again and get back to you
