At what point do I show my passport between the two countries? How do I keep my passport dry? Am I towing a small waterproof tote with a rope hooked to my foot, or is it stuffed down my pants? Will the customs people really want to touch something that I pull out of my pants (passport, what were you thinking)?
Oh, for the record. I won't be asking you guys to join me on a swim around Manhattan. I can't imagine how nasty that must be. I wonder what type of person signs up for that? Someone that has never been out of NYC??

That dude is swimming without a wet suit. It couldn't be that warm in that part of the ocean to not wear a wetsuit for an hour swim. BRRRRRRR!

We did get that waterproof floating container at the Morgantown Sprint last year...
