The bike is very close. The ups & downs you show have to be created by clicking off the trail a little. The bike is extremely flat. You can feel a couple up hills, but for the most part flat.
The run & bike actually start on E. Brockway st, then White, then Old Rout 7, then onto the trails. The run you mapped is about 1/2 mile too far down the trail into Morgantown. The transition areas are in a park called Marilla Park. Hopefully we can meet there Friday night, so I can show you. I will look around for a map I had from last year.
As you can see the real up hill is during mile 2 of the run, but at least you get to come down.
