Good improvements in everything! Especially the swim!!! I thought you got 3rd in your AG..did the first 2 guys get pulled out for overall awards?
Great time. I love the way you are cutting down the swim. Things must be humming like a small block Chevy.
Sounds like it was an awesome weekend. A little hardware to go around.
2 guys got pulled for overall. That makes sense. I didn't listen for my name to be called because I had read 5th on the results.
The Buckman swim went better than the Skylands. Neither of them felt as good as my Timberman swim. The good news is I know what I need to work on. I'd like to see another 2 minute drop at next year's race.
