oh--and as for food...I guess the chocolate chip cookie I ate after a dinner of fresh squash and a chicken breast was BAD?! It sure did taste good Tomorrow is another day... :0)
Food would be so much easier if I didn't have to provide so many calories for growing boys (and be tempted myself!)
Feeling very uninspired since Sunday. I think it is the weather...no sun in 3 days! Please I need inspiration...ANYONE?
I've been searching for some inspiration myself this week, too. It seems that working 10-12hour days and not being able to sleep has sucked the positive energy right out of me. Hoping to find it soon!! Matt has been a great support. Thank goodness for him!
I'm trying not to beat myself up over it. Maybe it's my bodies way of saying I needed to give my knee a break....
Change in seasons (Summer to Fall) is always hard on me. Now couple that with your work schedule...Good gracious...I have it easy compared to what you are trying to balance. Guess I'd better run tonight!
Hope you sleep soon. Have you tried taking 1 benadryl tablet about an hour before bed? It's enough to relax you/fall asleep. This helped me a ton in college when you were engaging your brain in studies right up until you went to bed. Give it a try!
