I may regret this...

But I have completed my registration for the Timberman Half Iron. The slots were going quickly. Less than 100 available today, so I thought I better jump on it. Now, of course, I actually have to prepare for said race. I really don't know if this is going to work out, but what the heck, I'm a durable guy. I am willing to come in last. All I have to do is beat the cutoffs. They appear to be pretty generous, so I should be safe. What have I gotten myself into?

Wahoo! Very exciting. No matter the race results, we still have a fun time in NH at the farm to look forward to...right?

Two Words,
awe some
Ha ha.
I said last year that fear was a prime motivator in my training. By adding the half iron to the schedule this year, I have kept fear in my training again this year.

As Genine said, even if it's a suffer-fest for us, we will have some fun days before or after the event. :-)

Wait a minute... You are talking about doing the full tango this year with Bart. This should be simple in comparison!
Are the cutoffs the only concern here?
