This looks way too heavy going into a race. I have a feeling there will be some modifications.
What really happened:
Sunday: I got a 4 mile run in
Monday: 1 hour on the bike trainer in the morning. Missed masters slept for 8+ hours.
Tuesday: Day off, Went out to the bar with the Masters Swim folks
Wednesday: 1.5 mile run, 3x400, 1.5 mile run. Evening 50 minute bike Intervals.
Thursday: 50 min swim in the evening.
Friday: hasn't happened yet.

I would drop the 20 mile bike on Friday. Doing too much 2 days before a race can make you feel very tired. Maybe move track to Tuesday this week in lieu of the race and see how you feel about doing the 3.5 mile run since you are going to prob run a couple miles on Saturday to prep for race.
Looks like you're going to become and uber biker!
Maybe I'll get the 3.5 mile run done today (Sunday).
Then track can be either Tues or Wed.
Maybe Friday's bike will disappear or become a recovery spin if it feels necessary.
