You know what I find interesting about this picture?
First, there seems to be very little variation in the size of the bikes. Only one or two seats really poke up above the rest, and even fewer are down below. It seems to suggest that there is an ideal size for a triathlete if one wants to be a pro.
The other curious thing is that very few of these bikes are of the ultra-aerodynamic types with the rear-wheel-shrouding seat tubes. Look at them. Almost all of them have round seat tubes. What is the deal with that? Are the bike companies trying to sell this aero stuff to all the slow people hoping it will help us? Obviously it isn't necessary. Maybe training DOES have something to do with winning. Dang.
I'll have more of the pictures up this weekend. Genine and I thought there was quite a bit of variation in body types of the women. You might be right about the men though.
