Track Workout 7

48 degrees, gloves would have been nice.

5x1000 w 200 rest interval.
Run all 5 at the same pace, the last one should hurt if you did the right pace.

I probably could have pushed a bit harder. Tough to get your splits when it's so dark you can't read your watch.
