Run/walk for about 1.5 miles tonight. Whee!
Honestly, I'm not sure if that's far enough to be a test but it's better than nothing.
I guess everything is feeling right. I've definitely noticed that my walking is back to normal. I guess I should use that as my guide more often.
I was thinking of hopping on the bike but honestly. I'm tired. I'm looking to be asleep by 9:30 tonight. I need to get caught up on the zzzzz's.
That's the news. Hopefully more running Saturday AM... before I go to work.

1.5 seems like a good test. I guess if you were doing 13 miles tomorrow maybe not, but an hour workout seems right.
