Quick update

The knee is much better. Not that I've put it to the test. I meant to run or Bike Wednesday but it didn't happen. I'm going on 4 hours of sleep today, so I'm questioning whether I'll have any motivation to workout this evening either. (Shawn is thinking "That's what I've been trying to tell you!!")
So I'm going super nerd today. I'm going to be soldering/wiring cables all day. (upper back killer). I've set a timer to go off every 20 minutes, so I'll get up stretch a bit and yes, do some planks.
