I got a point yesterday. My typical 300 does not normally include hundreds of reps of abs work, so I am feeling it now. I may have to change it to 400. Don't want to skimp on the other stuff.
I also feel like Lance after yesterday. Except after he ate a side of beef and was suffering from some undetermined illness that made him fat and slow.

I feel more like Lance Armstrong after taking that cycling class at Lifetime Fitness. Holy Crap!! Whew!
I had to take one rest day already, so it pretty much feels like Wednesday.
